With over 10 years of experience and a Diploma in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology, Wendy delivers strong, athletic, results-driven Reformer classes. She’s skilled in adapting sessions for a range of abilities and client needs, ensuring every class is varied, challenging, and leaves you feeling your muscles the next day. Known for her no-nonsense coaching and sharp eye for form, Wendy’s sessions are accessible for all levels while keeping clients engaged and motivated.

Emily – Reformer Pilates Instructor
With a background in exercise physiology and five years of industry experience, Emily delivers intelligent, form-focused Reformer classes designed to build strength safely and effectively. She has a particular interest in injury prevention and postural alignment, with an encouraging, upbeat approach. Her slower-paced sessions are perfect for beginners or anyone looking to focus on precision and mindful movement.
