Dynamic reformer sessions, strength training, small groups to private sessions, we offer diverse classes for all levels and preferences.

Beginner reformer:

In this workout you will learn the basic fundamental moves and breathing techniques, focusing on form & alignment. You will use the box and props, and expect to move your body in all planes of motion, mobilising your spine in all directions in a safe gentle slower paced way. This is ideal for beginners, injury’s or for clients that just want to take it at slower pace. Within a few weeks you will have the confidence and skills needed to progress into our full body open classes.

*Suitable for beginners, Injury's, pre-natal & post-natal.

*This class is what is states on the schedule BEGINNER. If you need a challenging class please book into the full body reformer or power class.


Power class:

All levels welcome

Join our Power Class for a structured approach to developing strength and confidence. Progressively adding load over time, our programs offer consistency from class to class, enabling you to build skills effectively and apply them across our range of our other classes.

Who benefits from our Power Class?


We get to work in pairs, fostering support and encouragement. Whether with your best friend, team partner, or solo, this dynamic environment enhances motivation and performance.

This class Is designed to get the heart rate up and build endurance using the jump board, reformer, weights and bands while burning some calories at the same time. A fun and dynamic class where we use the reformer in many different ways. Get your energy flowing and leave feeling like you got a amazing workout


Stretch and Release: All levels welcome

This class is designed to restore and create mobility and flexibility with emphasis on de-stressing to create a well balanced mind and body. This class combines slow controlled exercises, helping you to wind down.

Yoga

 Discover the synergy of breath and movement in our invigorating x60 mins Vinyasa slow flow yoga class. Enhance strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
