Step onto the Reformer with confidence. This 30-minute orientation is designed for new members who are ready to start their Pilates journey. It’s not a full workout, but a personalised session where you’ll:
Learn how to use the Reformer safely and effectively
Ask any questions about the equipment, classes, or technique
Try a few simple, beginner-friendly exercises to get comfortable
Leave feeling confident, prepared, and ready to join your first full class
Start strong, start safe. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone reconnecting with Reformer Pilates. You’ll learn the essentials of breath, alignment, mobility, and core strength - building confidence on the machine and setting yourself up for success in Open Level classes.

Take your Pilates further. Open Level offers a full-body workout for all abilities, with scalable exercises and dynamic flow. Beginners will build confidence after Foundation, while intermediate and advanced clients can challenge themselves with faster, more complex sequences - all while staying in control.

Balance, length, and power - this class blends gentle strength work with mobility and stretching. Improve flexibility, enhance posture, and develop balanced strength, making it a perfect complement to your Reformer practice or functional training sessions.

Strength that works for real life. This guided, results-focused session uses free weights and functional equipment to build muscle, increase bone density, improve posture, and boost confidence. Perfect for advanced clients or anyone looking for safe, effective strength training. Coaching ensures you train smart and progress safely.
Bring: Water bottle, towel, workout clothes, grip gloves if preferred.
Move, breathe, release. Stretch + Flow is a gentle, full-body session designed to restore mobility, ease tension, and promote relaxation. Perfect for recovery days or anyone wanting a mindful, restorative practice.
