All memberships at Ocean Studio Pilates are ongoing and automatically renew at the end of each 26-week term unless written notice is provided.
To cancel or suspend your membership, written notice must be received at least 30 days prior to your renewal date by emailing hello@oceanstudiopilates.com.
If notice is received after the renewal date, the membership will continue until the end of the current 26-week term and will not renew again.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain valid to avoid disruption to your membership.
Our current pricing and timetable are available on our website. Prices are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated via the website.
We reserve the right to update or cancel classes, modify the schedule, or adjust studio opening hours at any time.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes via email, but we are not liable for compensation due to these changes.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We want everyone to get the most out of their classes, so we have a few simple rules:
Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your class with no charge.
Late cancellations (within 4 hours) will forfeit the class and incur a $5 fee.
No-shows will forfeit the class and incur a $10 fee.
Exceptional circumstances (like illness or emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
These fees are automatically charged to your account. By booking, you agree to these terms. This policy helps keep spots fair and available for everyone.
If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist.
Clients are automatically added to class up to 2 hours before the start time in the order the waitlist was joined.
If you no longer wish to attend, you must remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid incurring a late cancellation or no-show fee.
If you add yourself to the waitlist, assume you are attending unless you cancel.
Please check your email and push notifications regularly for booking confirmations and waitlist updates.
